Paolo Berutti
The Paolo Berutti winery was born as a small estate dedicated to producing wines of uncompromising quality, the result of Paolo’s passion and expertise as an oenologist, and of a family tradition rooted in over fifty years of work among the vineyards and in the cellar.
Today, this story continues with us, Chiara and Erica, through the project Echi di Vigna.
We both grew up among vineyards and wine, sharing its culture and rhythms since childhood, and we bring with us not only passion but also professional expertise.
Erica, an oenologist, and Chiara, with long-standing experience in the sector, carry forward the same artisanal care and dedication that have always defined these wines, enriching them with fresh perspectives.
Together with Paolo, whose presence and guidance remain invaluable, we continue a journey built on respect for tradition, openness to innovation, and a deep bond with the land.
Paolo Berutti and Echi di Vigna now speak with a single voice: small, authentic, and dedicated to creating wines that tell a story and evoke emotion in every sip.
The project:
